The Arkansas Center for Research in Economics, Economics Arkansas, and Southern Methodist University’s Teaching Free Enterprise program will be hosting a FREE high-school teacher’s conference this summer!

This one-day conference is tailored to 9th – 12th grade economics teachers throughout the state. They will hear lectures on a variety of economic topics, participate in Q&A sessions with experts in the field, and be given a wealth of materials to take back to their classrooms for the 2018-2019 school year and beyond.

Upon successful completion of the conference, teachers will receive:
• 6 hours of Professional Development credits
• A $50 stipend
• Classroom Materials

Travel stipends are also available for those traveling from outside Central Arkansas.
