Applications Available: Saturday, August 1, 2026
Grant Info Sessions: Various dates and times through September 13, 2026 (SEE BELOW TO REGISTER)
Applications Due: Friday, September 18, 2026, no later than 5:00 PM
Funding Notification: Monday, October 5, 2026
Final Report Due: Wednesday, June 30, 2027, no later than 5:00 PM

NOTE: Applicants must be a school, school district, or approved STEM Center applying to fund an Arkansas public school that is teaching AT LEAST ONE grade from K-6th.

Click a date and time below to register for an ONLINE INFO SESSION. We will go through a sample application, provide tips, and answer your questions.

Important notes about info sessions: 

  • Please DO NOT sign up for multiple sessions.
  • If you are not going to be able to attend the session you signed up for, please have the courtesy to notify us by emailing Hannah@ArkansasSTEMCoalition.com or calling 501-425-2626.
  • We do these info sessions to help applicants, and we put a lot of time into them. We set aside both work time and personal time (evenings and weekends) to have as many flexible options for educators as possible. Having no-shows strains our already difficult schedule as a small organization.
  • If we have no registrants 24 hours prior to a session’s scheduled start time, we will cancel it.
  • If we have registrants for a session, but nobody has joined the session 10 minutes past the scheduled start time, we will discontinue the session and it will be cancelled.
  • If no-shows continue to be a problem, we may greatly reduce the number of available sessions, or we may discontinue info sessions altogether.

Applicants that participate in an online session will receive a sample application and are MORE LIKELY TO BE SUCCESSFUL! Be sure to sign up and attend!
