Summer 2020 Professional Development Opportunity for High School Chemistry Teachers Application Deadline

Check out an all-expenses paid summer 2020 professional development institute for high school chemistry teachers (VisChem.org). Priority application deadline: February 28, 2020. Apply today!  

 

VisChem is a National Science Foundation funded (Award #DRL-1908121) professional development program and study to determine how teachers’ use of dynamic, molecular-level visualizations in secondary chemistry classrooms affect affordances and constraints for student learning as well as students’ ideas about molecular-level behavior underpinning chemical and physical changes.

The project launches with a 4-day, residential, all-expenses paid High School Chemistry Institute on
July 9-12, 2020 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
