Receive training in two nationally recognized environmental education programs in one day and get 6 hours of ADE-approved professional development credit.
Participants receive three activity guides filled with hundreds of hands-on activities — all correlated to state and national education frameworks.
· Project WILD brings the wonders of wildlife into your classroom while teaching students about Arkansas’s natural environment. Project WILD is designed to teach students of all ages about wildlife and the environment.
· Project Learning Tree helps students learn about natural and created environment, and understand their roles and responsibilities in it. It also inspires students and families to improve the environment at their school, home and community.
Participants must stay for the full 6 hour training in order to receive the curriculum guides and the 6 hours of PD. Participants are asked to please bring a sack lunch.
Space is limited and registrations are taken on a first-received first-reserved basis. Please consider your registration as a commitment to attend. If you cannot attend please cancel your reservation to allow others the opportunity.
