This introductory ADI workshop is designed to provide educators and administrators with a foundational understanding of the ADI instructional model. Instructors will provide participants with hands-on, learner-centered professional learning experiences that will help develop experience and knowledge needed to feel confident using or supporting the ADI process to create meaningful, authentic learning investigations in the classroom. Participants will gain experience with the 8 stages of ADI and how they align with the AR K-12 Science Standards as well as the ELA standards. Participants need to have access to a device with internet capabilities and a google account. Participants must participate in online discussions, complete assignments, and provide evidence of the application of tools taught in this session.
