A hands-on, two-day workshop sponsored by Arkansas’ oil and natural gas community where teachers will learn about this vital industry and how it has changed the face of Arkansas as a place for business.  Teachers will see technology in action as we take a tour of actual drilling jobs in progress, visit a refinery and a bromine manufacturing facility and hear about regulatory and environmental aspects of the business from state authorities and concerned organizations.

Come get the facts about this industry that continues to bring job opportunities, royalty income, tax revenue, and increased business to our state. Those attending will earn approximately 12 professional development hours.
