All women, men, National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) members and prospects are encouraged to attend this free leadership breakfast from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Arkansas Construction Trades Academy (back building at 6 Collins Industrial Place, North Little Rock, AR 72113). The Strategic Growth Officer for an ERA Top 400 general contractor will discuss what it takes to be a happy leader and how happiness can be a skill that affects our performance, success, work ethic, and ability to influence. After the presentation, attendees are invited to participate in break out sessions from 9 AM – 10 AM where they will have the chance to gain insight from experts and discuss best practices for the following focus areas: human resources, marketing/social media/organization, safety, project management, and company ownership.
