It’s robotics season … and that means we need volunteers! We have TWO tournaments again this year, the first is the New Team Invitational- and also the VEXU Tournament. This is a smaller tournament, with just 3-40 teams, PLUS the university level competition (there will be around 250 total participants on campus)  Our very own UALR team will be competing, along with teams from Mississippi, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Mexico! The date for this one is Saturday, December 7th, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm with set-up on Friday, December 6th from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm on the basketball courts of the DSC.

All-day volunteers will be provided with free lunch! … Age requirements – field reset: 6th grade and up; all other age 16 and up.

Click here to volunteer for DECEMBER 6th or 7th.  (still need about 10 all day volunteers)
On Saturday, February 1st, we will host one of the largest regional competitions in the state! We will utilize both the DSC basketball courts AND the Field House. This competition will host nearly 100 teams, and nearly 750 people total participants on campus). The date for this one is Saturday, February 1st, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; with set-up Friday, January 31st, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
*Please share this with any students/student groups that need volunteer hours. We are happy to certify their hours for participation.
*All pre-tournament training is via online videos- at your convenience*
Thank you in advance. Each competition takes 50-75 volunteers – and we could not have a successful tournament without you!!
