Join the Arkansas Environmental Education Association for a community dialogue as we explore the question:
How can we support and advance outdoor and environmental learning in Arkansas?
The Arkansas Environmental Education Association’s vision for Arkansas is an environmentally literate population that incorporates conservation as an everyday, integrated activity. We believe high-quality outdoor and environmental education plays a key role in this vision, and we are seeking your input to help us achieve this vision.
AEEA will be conducting three community dialogues in February 2021. The feedback gained from the community dialogues will inform our new strategic plan. This community-based plan will include the voices of our members and the larger conservation, outdoor, and environmental education community, leading to a plan centered on educators and the students with which they work. Help us plan and develop a strong future for environmental and outdoor learning in Arkansas!
Who is invited?
Educators, including classroom teachers, educators focusing on conservation and the outdoors, place-based education and STEM subjects
